Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are available for services canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for missed appointments without prior notice.

Partial Refunds:

If a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost

Non-Refundable Services:

Fees for completed DNA sample collection or analysis are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.

Rescheduling Policy:

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original appointment time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a service fee of $75.00.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
