Welcome to Mobile Testing Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Binding Arbitration:

Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of California. You waive the right to bring any claims in court or participate in a class action lawsuit.


2. Cautions:

Our services do not constitute medical advice. If you require medical attention, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or call 911 in an emergency.


3. No Medical Advice:

Mobile Testing Solutions provides testing services but does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Our tests are for informational purposes only and should not replace consultation with a healthcare professional.


4. Prices, Payment, and Delivery:

All prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Results will be delivered according to the timeline specified at the time of service.


5. Cancellations & Termination:

Clients may reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. If an appointment is not rescheduled within this period, a $75 rescheduling fee applies. No cancellations are permitted after booking.


6. Refunds & Charge Arising:

Refunds will only be issued if Mobile Testing Solutions is at fault (e.g., service not provided as agreed). No refunds will be granted for client-initiated cancellations or no-shows.


7. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate information and follow all instructions provided during the testing process. Failure to do so may result in inconclusive or invalid results.
